We are continuously developing the BT Changer software. We chose the path that there is a universal electronics which we fine-tune with software for the appropriate systems and head units. Based on the parameters set on the user interface, the BT Changer can be used for different types. Sometimes we also have to change the hardware, at present we are at version 9. The new system – with a few exceptions – already supports almost all factory Saab head units, and even the old generation Saabs (OG900 / 9000) Clarion system too.
Developments in many cases happen very quickly, so it is not a rare case that we cannot test with all supported models. Unfortunately, errors may occur that we do not notice. Of course, our goal is that the BT Changer always works flawlessly, therefore we gladly welcome ideas, both good and bad feedback as well. This is a wonderful thing, since many new functions were born from the requests of users.
Now again we would like to ask for your help. We are looking for BT Changer users who would like to try the newest updates usually before they become public. There is no extra task, only to upload the newest firmware to their own system and if they experience any irregularity or unusual thing then inform us about it. This would be a huge help for us and for the community as well. The communication would be by e-mail.
