These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GT&B) contain the terms and conditions of the use of the services provided through www.bt-changer.com (hereinafter: Service Provider) by the persons utilising such services (hereinafter: User.)
The management and handling of personal data pertaining to the User are described and set forth within the Privacy Statement, which can be accessed from the Home Page of through the following link.
All technical information that is necessary for using the web shop but is not included in this GT&B are contained in descriptive items found within the web shop.
The contract is not considered a written contract; it is not kept on file by the Service Provider and is subsequently not retrievable of accessible.
Official Language of the Contract: Hungarian.
The Service Provider is not bound by any Code of Conduct whatsoever.

2. Basic Provisions
All issues not governed by these Regulations, as well as the interpretation of these Regulations, are governed by the Hungarian Legal System, especially by Act 2013/5 on Civil Code (PTK), by Act 2001/108 on electronic trade services and certain aspects relating to the information society (ELKER ), as well as by the relevant parts of Govt. Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) Korm. detailing the rules of contract between a consumer and a supplier. Mandatory provisions of all relevant legislation and regulations apply to both contracting parties without any special clause.
These Regulations are effective as of 1 July 2015 and shall remain so until revoked. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Regulations. Service Provider shall post a notice of any such modification on the Website no later than 11 (eleven) days before they become effective. By using the Web shop the User acknowledges that he/she is automatically bound by all rules and regulations pertaining to the use of said Web shop.
By entering the Web shop operated by the Service Provid1. er, or by perusing the contents thereof, whether or not he/she is a registered user, the User acknowledges that he/she is bound by all rules and regulations set forth within the Regulations. Should the User decline to accept the Conditions he/she may not view the contents of the Web shop.
The Service Provider reserves all rights pertaining to the Web shop site, its details and contents, as well as the distribution of the website. Contents of the Web shop may not be downloaded, stored electronically, processed or sold, whether in full or in part, without prior permission from the Service Provider.
3. List of Items, Products or Service for Sale
The BT Changer webshop sells its own BLUETOOTH car accessories.
The prices displayed for the products are in euros and – if not indicated separately – include the home delivery fee. We do not charge separate packaging costs.
In the online store, the Service Provider provides the name of the product and the vehicle type for which the given part can be used. The type definition is only a guideline, the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for improper identification of the component.
Due to technical reasons colours and shapes may be slightly misrepresented in photographs. No liabilities are assumed for such discrepancies.
In case of promotions or any other instances of price reduction, the Service Provider shall give full notice thereof, including the duration of the promotion, to the Users.
4. Process of Ordering
Contents of the BT Changer web shop can be viewed, and orders can be placed without prior registration. However, Users are required to provide all personal data necessary to fulfil such orders.
In the course of ordering items, Users shall place selected items in the Basket. By clicking on ‘Chart’ in the topmost menu, Users can overview the contents of their basket at any time.
After the required data are provided, orders can be finalised and turned in by clicking on “PLACE ORDER”. Before doing so, Users have an opportunity to review their personal data, or to include a remark or message with the order, or to send an e-mail describing any other information they seek to share.
Correction of erroneous data: before finalising the order, Users have the opportunity to return to the previous step and correct any faulty data that may have been entered.
After the order is finalised, Users receive a confirmation e-mail. If such confirmation e-mail is not received within reasonable time (but certainly no longer than within 48 hours), Users are waived of their contractual obligations. Orders and confirmation messages are considered delivered to the Service Provider and the User, respectively, when said recipients gain access to said message. Service Provider excludes liability for confirmation if such confirmation message cannot be delivered on time because the User had provided a faulty e-mail address, or cannot receive e-mails because his/her mailbox is full.
While Users can order items from the web shop without prior registration, registered Users do enjoy a host of advantages such as access to Shop services, editing their account details, monitor the status of their order, and review former orders.
To register, Users click on the ‘Registration’ button in the web shop header and then fill out the registration form. When filling out the registration form Users need to provide the Service Provider with the following data:

By default, the web shop considers shipping and billing addresses to be identical, and thus the check box is checked. In case the shipping address is not the same as the billing address, the User should uncheck the box and enter a valid shipping address.
Users may at this point subscribe to the newsletter sent out by the Service Provider. Choose between ‘yes’ or ‘no’ by clicking the appropriate button.
If the registration is successful, a confirmation e-mail is sent by the Service Provider, which e-mail contains a link to the User’s personal account.
The User bears sole responsibility for the safekeeping of all access data, especially the password. If the User gains awareness that an unauthorised third party has gained access to his/her password, they are must immediately change that password. If they also suspect that said password has been abused they must also notify the Service Provider of such breach.
The User hereby undertakes to refresh his/her personal details as appropriate in order to keep them up-to-date and fully valid at all times.
6. Cancelling a Registration
The User may cancel his/her registration at any time by sending az e-mail of cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving such message, the Service Provider shall immediately take action to cancel said registration. As soon as the registration is cancelled, user data are immediately removed from the system. This however does not apply to data and documents recorded and registered pertaining to previously finalised orders; such data will not be deleted. Once removed, these data cannot be restored.
7. Processing and Fulfilling Orders
Orders are processed during opening hours, 8.00 a.m. to 17.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Orders may be submitted outside of these working hours, in which case they will be fulfilled on the following working day.
Orders are generally fulfilled within five days from confirmation. Unless the Service Provider and the User had agreed on a specific fulfilment date, the Service Provider has to fulfil the order at or before the deadline called by the User, or if no such call has been made, no later than 30 (thirty) days after the order is received.
If the Service Provider is unable to fulfil its contracted obligation because the item(s) specified in the order is/are not available at the time, they must immediately notify the User thereof. If the User has already transferred the purchase price, the payment must be reversed in full within 30 (thirty) days. Compliance with this requirement does not release the Service Provider from other consequences of a possible breach of contract.
The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for any changes in technical details or descriptions that may take place without prior notice and are brought about because of the actions of its suppliers or due to other reasons outside of its scope. The Service Provider reserves the right to reject previously confirmed orders, in part or in full. Partial fulfilment may only take place after consultation with and approval by the User.
If there are errors, mistakes or deficiencies relating to item descriptions or pricing in the Web shop, the Service Provider reserves the right to rectify and correct such discrepancies. In such cases the Service Provider shall immediately notify the buyer that a mistake has been noted / corrected. After that, the User may verify the order again. In such cases either party may cancel the contract.
The User can choose between two payment methods linked to the delivery method.

The service provider delivers the products in the BT Changer online store to the territory of the European Union free of charge for the User, packed in a secure bubble envelope and as priority registered mail. Outside the European Union, the Service Provider charges an extra cost of EUR 10 for those claims. In case of international delivery, Magyar Posta will deliver the product. In the interior of Hungary – unless the parties agree otherwise – the Service Provider delivers to a FoxPost machine.
Personal pick-up – at a time agreed by phone – is possible at Hold u 3, 2051 Biatorbágy, Hungary.
Upon delivery, Users are expected to inspect the package for damages. In case of damages a formal complaint must be filed with the courier. Users have the right to reject damaged shipments. Subsequent claims made without a record of complaint will not be honoured. Packages are delivered on working days, generally between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
In case of unclaimed or rejected packages Users will be charged for return delivery. Repeated deliveries will only be made after the full purchase price is transferred.
The service provider does not cover customs and/or taxes that may be charged by the freight forwarder. If the User lives in a country outside the European Union and/or the ordered products are delivered to a country outside the EU, additional taxes and fees may apply.
10. Right of Withdrawal
In concord with EP and EC Directive 2011/83/EU, as well as with the regulations set forth in Govt. Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) Korm. about the rules of contract between a consumer and a supplier, Users may unconditionally cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the ordered product, returning said products to the Service Provider.
The right of withdrawal takes effect the day when the User or his/her representative (other than the delivery service provider) takes delivery of the ordered items.
All expenses relating to the returning of goods are payable by the User; the Service Provider cannot be held accountable for such expenses.
If the Users exercises his/her right of withdrawal, no expenses other than those of returning the goods shall be incurred by him/her. However, the Service Provider reserves the right to claim compensation for damages caused by improper use.
The User may not exercise his/her right of withdrawal for items that were commissioned by him/her and produced to his/her specification and request,, or for items that were clearly tailor made for the User’s needs and requirements.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Service Provider shall, in light of the regulations set forth above, refund the full purchase price to the User immediately but in any case no later than within 14 days.
The purchase price is refunded via bank transfer, which bears no additional expenses for the User.
The User must return the goods (either by way of postal services or in person) to the Service Provider as soon as possible, but in any case no later than within 14 days after notifying the Service Provider about withdrawing from the purchase contract.
User will only be held liable for any loss of value is such loss is incurred because the goods were handled in a way that exceeds the degree of use necessary for discovering the operability and functionality of the item.
The Service Provider may withhold the refund until they received the returned goods, or until the User has shown proof of dispatching said goods, whichever is dated earlier.
If the User seeks to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, he/she must notify the Service Provider by writing to either of the contact points (using the attached form), or via phone call. For claims of withdrawal sent via postal services the date of notification shall be the date the items were posted at the post office, while for claims made over the phone it is the date of the telephone conversation. When notification is sent via postal services, the Service Provider will only accept registered letters or packages Goods may be returned to the Service Provider by means of postal services or courier services.
The warranty period for the products is 1 year.
The warranty is applicable only to the original purchasers and is non-transferable.
We take great care to ensure that the BT Changer is free from defects and is made from materials that are suitable for extended use beyond the warranty period.
In the case of a defective product, a replacement guarantee applies. You need to return the product, and in exchange, we will send you either an identical one or a newer product compatible with the original.
The warranty does not cover products that have been modified or incorrectly installed. It is not valid for products damaged or tampered with by the purchaser, end-users, external forces, or due to a lack of maintenance.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from the use of the product or any defects in the product, whether they are general, special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or of any other nature.
We are specifically disclaims and disavows all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, warranties of description, warranties of merchant-ability, trade usage or warranties of trade usage.
The BT Changer includes software and/or firmware that we update from time to time. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the product is using the correct software version for the appropriate vehicle generation. The warranty is not valid if the product is installed with the wrong software version. The user is entirely responsible for configuring all user-configurable functions correctly.
12. Handling Complaints
The Service Provider strives to fulfil each and every order in excellent quality, to the utmost satisfaction of the User. Nevertheless, if the User should have any complaint regarding the purchase contract or the fulfilment thereof, complaints may be made via e-mail, using the contact form, or contacting us via the postal services.
The Service Provider shall investigate verbal complaints and make amendments if necessary. If Users are not fully satisfied with how complaints are handled, his/her complaints and related views will be recorded in a clams report without delay, one copy of which shall be handed over to the User. If the complaint cannot be immediately investigated, the complaint will be recorded in a claims report, one copy of which shall be handed over to the User.
Written complaints will be responded to in writing within 30 (thirty) days. If a complaint is rejected, thorough reasons must be provided for said rejection. The Service Provider files and keeps the secondary copy of each response and will present them to authorities with jurisdiction upon request.

Service Provider and User will strive to reconcile any and all disputes in a peaceful manner.
While browsing the web shop technical details are recorded in e.g. log files which contain the User’s IP number, the time of browsing, and the URL of the browsed site. The User cannot be identified from such data, which will only identify the computer used by the User.
The system will also record files and data, called cookies, on the User’s computer. Cookies cannot be used for identifying the User, and are deleted at the end of each browsing session. You may choose to browse the saabshop.hu without allowing Cookies. However, certain functions may be rendered inactive if Cookies are not accepted or are blocked in the browser.
