- We deliver worldwide.
- The shipping company is the Hungarian Post, but the local postal service delivers at the destination.
- Every shipment is sent with a tracking number.
- Since the package is more than 40 mm thick, it may happen that one of the European postal services does not deliver it to the home, but remains at the local post office and must be pick there. It is worth monitoring the European packages.
- Within Europe, every shipment is precisely trackable, but unfortunately, there are many non-European countries without an agreement with the Hungarian Post. Therefore, once the package leaves the EU territory, package tracking is not possible, but the packages arrive safely.
Important information for US customers!
We have managed to arrange shipping to the USA. It costs a bit more and involves much more work, but we want our fellow Saab enthusiasts living in the United States to have access to the BT Changer kits and Saab Extra products as well.
– Shipping is handled by FedEx as an “International Economy” parcel.
– Delivery time: 3–7 business days from pickup, plus customs clearance.
– Additional shipping cost: 12 EUR. Unfortunately, overseas shipping is not free — there is an extra charge of 12 EUR.
– Users have informed us that under the new U.S. customs regulations, a customs duty of 15% or USD 25.05 must be paid on the product. This fee is usually invoiced by FedEx after the package has been delivered.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are free within the European Union. Otherwise, a 10 EUR shipping fee will be charged.
Delivery time
The delivery time within Europe is generally 4-10 working days. Outside of Europe, it can take up to 4 weeks.

Payment Fees
Payments via PayPal fee + 4% , which PayPal automatically deducts.
There are no additional costs for bank transfers.
